Antique Vendor Opportunities in Arab, AL
Black’s Old & New Mall is always looking for new vendors to help us offer a diverse selection of merchandise at discounted prices to our shoppers. Initially, vendors must rent booths on our 2nd floor, with the opportunity to move to the ground floor as spaces become available.
Booths at Black’s are rented based on square footage, with various sizes available at different price points. Ground floor booths rent for $1.50 per square foot, with vendors also paying a 10% commission on sales. Credit card fees are passed on to the customer.
2nd floor booths rent for $1.00 per square foot, with the same 10% commission on sales applied. Rent payments are due on the 1st of each month and are deducted from sales.
Vendors have the ability to check their sales daily and have access to a freight elevator and loading dock for easy loading and unloading of large items and furniture for themselves and customers.
