Antique Layaway Program in Arab, AL
Qualifying merchandise must be a minimum of $250.00 unless otherwise approved by the Vendor.
Layaway consists of three equal payments on qualifying merchandise within a 60 day period. The program entails paying one-third of the final price upfront, another one-third after 30 days, and the final payment at 60 days.
If the payment is not made in full or if you choose to withdraw from the program early, all previous payments are forfeited. Likewise, withdrawal from the program before the final payment will result in a 50% penalty fee.
Once all payments are made, you may retrieve your item. Please arrange for pickup or delivery within one week of your final payment.
NEW VENDORS WANTED
Black’s Old & New Mall is constantly seeking new vendors to assist us in providing our shoppers with a wide variety of merchandise at discounted prices. Initially vendors are required to rent booths located on our 2nd floor and if interested are allowed to move to the ground floor as spaces become available.
All booths at Blacks are rented on a square footage basis with a wide variety of booth sizes offering a broad price range. Ground floor booths rent for $1.50 per square foot, plus vendors pay a 10% commission on all sales. Credit card fees are charged to the customer.
2nd floor booths rent for $1.00 per square foot, plus vendors pay a 10% commission on all sales.
All rent payments are due on the 1st of the month with rent payments being deducted from your sales.
We also provide vendors the ability to check their sales daily.
We also provide a freight elevator and a loading dock to assist vendors and customers in loading large items or pieces of furniture.
